1955 Mercedes 300 SL
Appropriately nicknamed the "Gullwing", the 300 SL was an instant icon when it debuted in 1954.
Though getting in and out can be a bit of a challenge due in part to ridiculously tall and wide door sills (the folding steering wheel hub helps some), it didn't stop period racing drivers from claiming countless victories with the Gullwing in international competition.
There were no fewer than eight 300 SLs in attendance, but the color and overall condition of this example caught my eye.
